Our Products

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and slight variations may occur. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

Placing an Order

To place an order, browse our products, add your chosen items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase. Your order constitutes an offer to buy, which we accept by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. You are obliged to pay for the order at the time of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered, so prices are final. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The cancellation period begins the day after delivery. To cancel, please notify us in writing or via email. For comprehensive details, including how to return items, see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a straightforward returns process. For a detailed explanation, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Faulty Goods

If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to reject them within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You may also be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction. For full details, please see our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Our Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud. Other liabilities are limited to the extent permitted by law.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us primarily via email. See our Complaint Handling Procedure for full details. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may wish to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. For more information, visit Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk or find a certified ADR provider at tradingstandards.uk.
