Our Products
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations may occur. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Placing an Order
To place an order, browse our products, add your selections to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel your order. You are obligated to pay for your order upon placement.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. We are not currently VAT registered. Prices are final. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period starts the day after delivery. Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Faulty Goods

Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence is not excluded, nor is liability for fraud. Other liabilities are limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in Scottish courts; if in Northern Ireland, in Northern Irish courts.
